  I can't begin to say how happy i am with this company, other's were shady and tried to overcharge me but garrett was honest and very reasonable on price without upselling me on things i didnt need. They were prompt and had my entire basement done in 2 days and cleaned up as if it was there own house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

  My husband and I found out we had a bowing foundation after living in our house for only 5 months (money pit). I called Garrett and they came out and repaired our problem. We had beams put in and I'm confident the wall isn't going anywhere. These people are amazing. Very courteous and kind. Answered any questions I had and went above and beyond what they were paid to do (in my opinion). Quality work for an affordable price.   It was our first time having a basement waterproofed. The salesman was clear in what would be done and how. They were able to schedule us quickly, which was very important to us. The pricing was competitive and the crew that did the work was great. It’s tough work, doing what these guys do, I’m greatful for the job they did. My wife and I were more that happy with the result and the process from start to finish. We’ve had our share of good and bad experiences with contractors.   Very professional!  I called on a Tuesday.  John Garrett called me back on Wednesday and scheduled himself to do an on-site inspection of the problem in Holmesville, OH on Thursday.  He was punctual and most important, he was honest!  Very rare in the home improvement business.  While he quoted to do a full waterproofing, he also pointed out that exterior gutter and downspout changes would likely fix the problem.  Such candor is valuable and I would trust John to do the right thing in any case.

  I have been struggling with a damp crawlspace for a while now. On March 3, 2023 we had that super heavy storm and I had water come in my family room around my crawlspace and up the floor in the middle of the crawlspace. I called three different waterproof agents to come out, talk to me and give me estimates. Two looked at me like they had no clue, but they were willing to do it! When Ray came to my house and talk to me, he knew immediately what to do, how to handle it, without hesitation and the price was so much better than the other two! So I went on Google and researched their reviews and saw that they were really, really good and they had been around for years since 1956 I think. The owner John is still living and I THINK his son has taken over. The crew came out and completed the whole job in one and a half days and also added a line outside for my water to run to the road better.  They actually did everything that I asked and more!  They work together very professionally as a team and communicated well with me and even cleaned up! , I could not be more happy than I am right now. If you are looking for someone to do waterproofing, do not hesitate to call them!!!
